12.30pm - Snugglebundl - The Lifting Baby wrap with Handles. - As seen on the Dragons Den

Gets Baby to Sleep, Lifts from Car Seats, Breastfeed in public & Help Post Birth & C Section Recovery

Mike Edwards talks about their journey from David  Soloman's initial idea to their time in the Dragons Den.......to now. He shares their experience and methods to cut cost, gain funding, manage social media and more!

Dave originated the Snugglebundl concept when his baby girl, Sunny, was born 20 years ago. He had a bad back and his partner had a complicated birth. As he gathered the corners of a blanket together and lifted his daughter to save his back he realised that handles on a blanket would be a good idea. After about 30 prototypes and testing with mums we had a product ready to take to market.
Dave and Mike fell into the Barclays Bank to start an account and entered the take-one-small-step competition and ended up winning £50k as a start up. This afforded an office, computers, exhibit ware, show payments and the manufacture of our first order of stock. The rest is yet to tell.....
